Join us in welcoming Madison Gauthier to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas team as our new Marketing Specialist! ✨

Madison brings experience working with nonprofits across the region and a passion for mission-driven marketing and storytelling. She’s excited to help share the stories that make Big Brothers Big Sisters so impactful—especially the meaningful connections between Bigs and Littles that change lives every day.

It’s also an exciting season for Madison personally—she recently got married on May 2! When she’s not at work, you can find her cooking, baking, exploring local farmers markets, traveling, hosting friends and family, or spending time with her husband and their three cats. We’re thrilled to have Madison on the team and can't wait for you to get to know her! 💚

One of the most meaningful parts of being a Big is showing up for the important moments—big and small. From concerts and games to everyday milestones, having a trusted mentor in the audience can make all the difference. 🔧🚘 Big Brother Myles and Little Brother Joe have been hard at work, spending time together fixing up an old truck! Over the past week, they've met up twice, with Joe jumping in enthusiastically and eager to learn every step of the process.

We're proud to see mentors like Myles sharing their skills while teaching safety, patience, and confidence along the way. These moments may look like truck repairs, but they're really about building trust, knowledge, and a lasting friendship. 💚
