Please note a change when paying City utility bills and property taxes by check.

Unfortunately, our bank is no longer allowing us to split a single check between utility bills and property taxes.

If you are paying both utilities and taxes by check, please use two separate checks:

One check for your utility bill(s)
One check for your property tax(es)

You may still use one check to pay multiple utility accounts or one check to pay multiple tax accounts. The only restriction is that utility and tax payments cannot be combined on the same check.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
