The Touch a Truck event was a blast! Families explored so many cool cars, grabbed a hot dog and some ice cream, and got to know our Ferndale Police and Firefighters. Thank you to everyone who attended the event, even in the rain. ๐Ÿš“๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿš’๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿš’ ๐Ÿš›๐Ÿ‘ทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Watch the recap to find out which trucks were fan-favorites. Plus, the Communications Team made police officers go into the bounce house. You won't want to miss this. ๐Ÿ˜

Events like these are so important to our community. We are grateful to Fair Ferndale, Ferndale Youth Assistance, and all of our neighbors who made this event possible! ๐Ÿ’™

Congratulations to Sergeant Alison Fleury for graduating from the Northwestern University School for Police Staff and Command!

The Northwestern University Center for Public Safety (NUCPS) School of Police Staff and Command (SPSC) is a premier, intensive 10-week management program designed to prepare mid- and upper-level law enforcement supervisors for senior command positions. It blends academic theory with practical applications in leadership, budgeting, and contemporary policing.

We commend Sergeant Fleury for her hard work and achievements as the Traffic Safety Committee Sergeant for the Ferndale Police Department! ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ
