Festus Friday weekly recap is here!

It's hard to tell we had a short week with all of the fun we had!!

Lunch at McDonald's was the perfect way to start off our week!

National Blueberry Cheesecake Day calls for jumping in the kitchen and learning basic baking skills with a delicious result in the end.

This crew practiced their cardio drumming skills so they can blow our instructors away during our next session!!

We absolutely loved having the incredible opportunity of touring Energizer Park Soccer stadium which was just jaw dropping! We learned so many incredible behind the scenes information and how much work goes into maintaining and preparing for game day!

Our Imperial friends hosted a bbq in the park with tasty food, beautiful weather, and even better company!

We ended the week with a Fun Friday including pizza and ice cream treats! We tapped into our creativity through jewelry making, dancing, singing, and crafting.

Many high fives were earned although we were so busy having fun we forgot to snap pictures but be on the look out for part 2 of the pictures we did take!

Last but not least, huge shout out to Alex for completing her first week of work!!

On this weeks episode of Aspiring Solutions Imperial we may have had a short week but it was very full.

We kicked off the week with a trip to the movies to see Star Wars at Marcus Arnold Cinema because who doesn't love a good space battle.

We took a tour of the STL SC soccer field and it was seriously cool, we were like kids in a candy store.

Music therapy with Chloe from Positive Note Music Therapy, LLC never disappoints! We always love a good jam session!

Thursday we hung out with our Festus friends for a cookout at cliffcave park , because food and friends are the best combo.

Friday we decided to take it easy and enjoy some nature walks at Mastodon State Historic Site, because even we need a chill day sometimes.

Festus had a week full of pivoting!

This crew is truly phenomenal at pivoting and transitioning into different plans.
With the weather and vehicles maintenance keeping us 'home' we did a deep dive into our creative sides!

From bracelet making, painting, diamond art stickers, diamond art keychains, diamond art pictures, and drawing pictures the creativity flowed through the center this week! We broke out games, danced, sang and had a grand time!

We celebrated Bryan and Katie's birthdays with a pizza party and cupcakes!

Miss Chloe from Positive Note Music Therapy, LLC never fails to bring the fun! This crew really showed off their incredible singing voices during live karoke as well as their best dance moves!

Positivity is the name of the game this week which included writing positive affirmations and things we love about ourselves!

Our spring event was the absolute perfect way to wrap our week! We had so much fun with all of our friends and did you see the adorable animals we got to pet!? Where else can you find a petting zoo, Andy the Armadillo and Firefighters all in the same place!?

Everyone gets high 5's this week we unfortunately didn't get a picture.
