Notice of temporary road closure. 240 amd 450E in front of Cash Concrete. A very large tree has fallen across the road. It is too big for us to handle. County highway will be out to sometime tomorrow to clean it up. (Picture not the actual road) Paul's Scanner

Charlie Johnston Memorial Ride is this Saturday morning and afternoon. Come out and have Breakfast from 8-10 am. Then bring your favorite Motorcycle and rider on a scenic drive through West Central Indiana. The ride will end around 2pm with lunch served when you get back. Blood drive beginning @ 8:15 am. Donation boot will be out for donations for food. 50/50 drawing and sponsors gifts for silent auction. Charlie Johnston was a member of Fillmore Fire that lost his life, (while riding home on a motorcycle), after our fall Chicken BBQ. We ride for him and keep his memories alive.

Tonight we start our Country/Bluegrass band and community night. Stop in and grab a hotdog or desert. We have coffee and bottled water too. If you have an acoustic stringed instrument and a little talent, come and play along. Young players encouraged. Donations are welcome. We start playing music at 6 pm and end around 8pm. Food is usually ready by 5pm.

Unfortunately due to the cold and snow, we are shutting down the Friday night Bluegrass tonight. There will be no music tonight. The gravel parking lot is a mess and it would be cold in the station.

We've had a great run and some awesome music and players this year.
