Welcome to the City of Fillmore, This California City was Founded in 1888, located in a valley just east of the Pacific Coast line approximately 32 miles from the shoreline with the Santa Clara river running through it and the Sespe Creek as the cross point that made this area ideal for Pepper trees, the railroad made its way from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara connection via this quaint valley. lmore is popular for it's Oil, the Orange groves, Gold Mining in the Sespe, and it's perfect weather year round for agriculture. Population as of 2010 is 14,879
