This was such a great event, and I am happy they were able to raise so much money for Flag City Honor Flight. Thank you for including me!
The final number crunching is done and we are so pleased to share this news! Thank you to all who made this possible, especially Trent W. Farthing, Auctioneer who generously gives his time to us for this event. We are so proud of what we've accomplished as a community for Flag City Honor Flight. Thank you, thank you, thank you! https://gjmltd.com/knowledge-center/blog/GJMs-Wanderlust-Raises-Over-230000-for-Flag-City-Honor-Flight
On this Veterans' Day we honor all those who have served our country, including this veteran who recently made the trip with Flag City Honor Flight. GJM was there to help welcome these heroes home from their trip to Washington, D.C. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice for our country.
Team Lowenoak recognizes Adam Nienberg, husband of our designer Jaymee, for his recent time volunteered to accompany vets with Flag City Honor Flight to visit Washington D.C. memorials built in their honor...

Meet Richard. He was a missile loader in a South Korean hawk battalion from 1962-64. "He couldn’t believe the size of DC!" Adam said. "All the vets had an amazing time and enjoyed great food throughout the day."

Flag City Honor Flight is a hub of the National Honor Flight Network, serving veterans of Findlay, Hancock County, and surrounding areas. Each hub independently plans, raises funds, and transports American veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit their war memorials.

See those pretty chocolates on the table at our Wanderlust event for Flag City Honor Flight Friday night? We just got word those are donated this year, courtesy of Dietsch Brothers Fine Chocolates and Ice Cream. How awesome is that? Thank you!
What an honor and a privilege to be able to greet veterans, guardians, families, workers, and volunteers at Flag City Honor Flight . Yesterday's flight was unique because it only included Vietnam Veterans. I was blessed to provide love, support, and gratitude to these amazing people who sacrificed so much for our country and our freedom. On my Kare 9 Anna page is a photo album which includes more pictures of the people that I met today. Thank you for your service and God bless you always.

I met so many awesome Vietnam veterans and other friends at the Flag City Honor Flight yesterday. What a blessing to be a part of this wonderful event. To all veterans... thank you for your service! 🇺🇸 ❤️ 🙏🏻 🐾

A wonderful night welcoming our veterans home from their trip today with Flag City Honor Flight. GJM was there with our poster making station for family and well wishers. We also had the honor of being out on the tarmac to pin the veterans with their good conduct pins as they deplaned. Paula Dembowski, Diane Schult and Susan Ross Wells did the pinning. This flight was the final trip this season for Flag City Honor Flight and the first ever all Vietnam era veteran flight for the organization. The flight was sponsored by corporate sponsor Ohio Logistics. Welcome home! 🇺🇸❤️
During today’s Flag City Honor Flight I was able to accompany Ed as his “veteran guardian” and assist him in memorializing his friend and fellow veteran, David Givens, who lost his life while serving in Vietnam.

It’s a humbling experience to accompany our nation’s veterans in D.C. to view the memorials built to honor their service and sacrifice. We will never be able to repay them for their heroic actions, but it’s the least we can do for those who’ve donned the uniform and fought to protect our great nation. 🇺🇸
The Flag City Honor Flight has rolled into Washington and these veterans could not be more excited to see the memorials that commemorate their sacrifice and service to this great nation! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Please come join us this evening as we help welcome home these heroes from their honor flight. We'll be running our GJM poster making station for well-wishers. This is the first-ever all Vietnam-era veteran flight for Flag City Honor Flight. The entire flight is generously sponsored by Findlay-based Ohio Logistics. We know that many, if not all the veterans flying today, received anything but a warm welcome when they returned home from serving during the Vietnam War. Let's help give them the welcome home they never got so many years ago.
Today, I had a chance to sit down with Jerry Newman ahead of his trip with Flag City Honor Flight tomorrow. Jerry served two tours in Vietnam. He's volunteered as an Honor Guardian three times, escorting WWII veterans to Washington, D.C. Tomorrow will be the first time he takes the trip as one of the honored veterans on an all Vietnam Veteran Honor Flight.
Paris photo booth fun at Wanderlust for Flag City Honor Flight updated with more pictures!! So fun!
