It's Spooky Season and HAUNTED TRAILS is just around the corner.
The DATE: Thursday, October 15th
The TIME: 6:30-8:30 pm
Tickets must be purchased in advance through Rec Desk or at the Community Center (proof of residency required)
There will be NO day-of tickets available.
We've separated the event into TWO sessions - 6:30-7:30 pm and 7:30-8:30 pm to help with crowd flow. Please plan ahead and prepare for potential lines. It's just like your favorite theme park attractions! šŸ˜‰
Arriving during your window will help reduce wait times, but we appreciate your patience as you queue up for an unforgettable experience.
Group A: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Group A ticket holders must arrive no later than 7:00 pm to guarantee getting through the line before the trail closes.
Group B: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Group B ticket holders must arrive no later than 8:00 to guarantee getting through the line before the trail closes.
The times listed are your arrival window, so please arrive within your assigned time slot. The event itself will run from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
Remember, the fun is worth the wait!
The total number of tickets available will be updated weekly.

Online tickets:
$3 per person
$15 per family (up to 6 members)
+$2 for each additional family member past 6 (up to 8 members)
NON-RESIDENTS
Tickets go on sale Monday, October 12th
Online tickets:
$5 per person
$25 per family up to 6 members
+$2 each additional family member past 6 (up to 8 members)
No day of event tickets available so plan ahead!

The murder of crows is beginning to amass around Fircrest! This is our cue to begin planning our displays for the 2026 SCARECROWS and SKELETONS of FIRCREST! Registration opens on September 1st!
Let's turn the fall doldrums into a fun season filled with a collection of whimsical, spooky and creative skeletons and scarecrows! Imagine all the fun we'll have strolling through our community and checking out all the fall festivities!
So here are the details:
Your display can include a single creative scarecrow, skeleton OR create a huge display with both!
Bigger isn't always better! It's up to you!
Be creative.
Think outside the box.
Have FUN.
Keep it clean (PG rated for our young community members).
Your display must be visible from the street.
It's FREE to enter. And prizes and bragging rights included for the winning entries!
Space is limited. To participate, fill out the JotForm registration and have your display ready by the required time deadline.
And the challenge is on!
SCARECROWS & SKELETONS Timeline:
Wednesday, Sept. 1: Registration begins!
Friday, Oct. 2: City building displays completed to inspire and motivate!
Friday, Oct. 9: Registration deadline
Friday, Oct. 16: Homes are decorated and ready to view! / Distribute yard signs
Saturday, Oct. 17: Maps and route are ready for the community!
Thursday, Oct. 29: The Judging!
Thursday, Oct. 29: Deadline for the Peopleā€™s Choice ballots
Friday, Oct. 30: Winners announced!

An electronic list of registered homes, for self-guided tours, will be available on the City of Fircrest Website and City Facebook event page. Paper copies will be available at the Fircrest Community Center.

We're only 2 sleeps away from THE GOONIES in the Park!
Pack a blanket or low beach-type chair to get comfy and come enjoy the movie! You'll love the variety of food trucks & treat options available for purchase! Music, chalk art contest, face painter, photo booth AND Pirates! Lots of PIRATES!

We'll also have on display, "Annie" the screen-accurate reproduction of Mama Fratelliā€™s Cherokee signed by the actors!

It all happens THIS Thursday, August 20 at Fircrest Park! The Fircrest GOONIES FUN begins at 5:00 pm!
