Watch Hill, Fire Island

Watch Hill, Fire Island Watch Hill contains a campground, a marina, visitor center, nature trail, and seasonally life-guarded beaches. Twenty-nine day slips are also available.

Watch Hill, located on Fire Island across the Great South Bay from Patchogue, NY, is the starting point for a variety of outdoor experiences, ranging from ocean swimming to backcountry hiking to bird watching. Campground facilities include running water, grills, picnic tables, showers and bathrooms. There are twenty-six sand sites and one provides universal access. The marina has one hundred forty

boat slips with water and electric. The general store provides snacks, drinks, ice and souvenir clothing. For a relaxing afternoon and early evening take advantage of our snack bar and Tiki bar. End your day with a visit to the Pier Restaurant and Bar weekends until midnight.
