Station 93 welcomed retirees back this weekend for a retiree breakfast. It was a great morning spent catching up, sharing stories, and reconnecting across generations of Fishers firefighters.

The people who came before us helped build the foundation of this department, and those connections continue to matter. We’re grateful for the chance to spend time together and honor the friendships, experience, and dedication that remain a part of FFD long after retirement.

Happy Mother’s Day

Today we honor the mothers and mother figures whose strength, compassion, and support help hold our families and community together.

From firefighter moms serving our community, to the mothers supporting loved ones behind the scenes during long shifts and late nights, your dedication does not go unnoticed.

We’re grateful for the care, encouragement, and resilience you show every day, both at home and in service to others.

We also recognize that Mother’s Day can bring many emotions. To those remembering loved ones, grieving, or hoping for the future, we’re thinking of you today.

From all of us at Fishers Fire Department, Happy Mother’s Day. ❤️

This week, we honored Battalion Chief Todd Muth at his Walk Out Ceremony after more than 28 years of dedicated service to the City of Fishers and Fishers Fire Department.

Throughout his career, BC Muth served in key special operations roles including rescue technician, public safety diver and instructor, special operations coordinator, training chief, captain, and battalion chief. He led with calm in difficult moments, confidence on scene, and a steady commitment to his people.

Respected for his character and consistency, his impact reaches far beyond the incidents he commanded. His leadership helped shape our department and will live on through those he mentored.

Thank you, BC Muth, for your service, leadership, and lasting legacy. Congratulations on a well earned retirement and best wishes in your next chapter.

Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity. Can’t wait to meet you and show you around.
