Saturday September 19, from 7AM to 2PM, Town of Fishkill will be hosting its cleanup day. It will be held at the Town of Fishkill Highway Department and includes shredding and e-waste collection. Please see flyer for all details.

For over 50 years the residents of the Town Fishkill put their faith in Glenn Scofield and over those 5+ decades Glenn faithfully and dutifully served the Town of Fishkill. He was the true embodiment of what a public servant should be…honorable, kind, trustworthy, and always up to the challenge. We lost a giant today, a pillar of our community. Our thoughts and prayers are with Glenn’s family during this difficult time. Rest in Peace Superintendent.

Town of Fishkill National Night Out will be held on Tuesday August 4th from 5PM-8PM at Maurer-Geering Park. The Town of Fishkill Police Department is hosting this event to strengthen the partnership between the community and the Police Department. There will be food trucks, music and family fun.

Federal Judge Dismisses Entire Lawsuit From Developer Against The Town of Fishkill:

This week District Federal Judge, The Honorable Vincent L Briccetti delivered a ruling in the case of GLD3,LLC and Snook-9 Realty Inc (Continental Commons) versus The Town of Fishkill. Judge Briccetti dismissed all Federal Claims that the Plaintiff's had sought relief for against the Town of Fishkill. In the summary of the ruling, the Judge stated that no Constitutional rights of the Plaintiff had been violated by the Town. This is a great legal victory for the residents of The Town of Fishkill and follows a previous victory dealing with another developer. That was the Rolling Hills Case of 2025, and that entire case was also dismissed. Once again this case reaffirms that the Town was acting within its legal rights when dealing with a developer. As Supervisor Albra has stated numerous times, The residents of this Town are in control not the developers.
