All of our furniture had been delivered, the storage container has been removed and we’re working hard to unpack and organize so we can welcome our families back to group programs next week!!

Madison, we have a challenge for you.

Can we fill our Liquor Pull with enough bottles to make this year’s Gala one to remember? 👀

We’re collecting donations of wine, liquor, beer, and seltzers (valued at $20 or more) for our 10th Annual Generation G Gala on October 16.

Check your liquor cabinet. Ask your friends. Ask your coworkers. Ask that one person you know who somehow has an entire basement full of wine. Then bring those bottles to GiGi’s Playhouse Madison!

Every bottle helps us raise money to keep our programs free for our families.

Down Syndrome Awareness Month starts next week. We love this reminder, not because this is new information to us, but because it’s something we believe in and work toward every single day.
People with Down syndrome are students, friends, coworkers, athletes, siblings, employees, leaders, and so much more. They have goals, talents, big personalities and plenty to contribute.
We see it every day at GiGi’s.
Sometimes the messages we already know are worth repeating. So we’ll keep sharing them, keep creating opportunities, and keep working to change the way the world views Down syndrome.
Inclusion isn’t a one-time message. It’s something we practice every day.

And now, it looks like a brand-new forever home and a whole lot of new possibilities.
