Goose was very excited to read the second book in Sara Raasch's 'Magic and Romance' series, 'The Fake Divination Offense.' This book tells half-giant Orok's story as he deals with the aftermath of the events of the first book in the series, 'The Entanglement of Rival Wizards,' and starts his professional rawball career. When Orok gets talked into starting a fake romance with Alexo, one of his team's cheerleaders, to give their patron god Urzoth some positive PR, both of them realize that it may not be quite as fake as intended. When Alexo's dangerous past finally comes to light, will Orok be able to protect his love, keep their relationship, and help his team win the rawball trophy? It's a spicy romance that is full of heart, magic, and found family, and Goose loved it!

'A Day in the Life: Bears' by Don W Hardeman Jr- My name might be Bear, but I'm really a dog. Since I already know what dogs do, I like reading about bears. This book is a great nonfiction children's book that provides facts about pandas, polar bears, grizzlies and black bears. It's simple science explanations make learning fun!
