S*x Offender Notification

FLAGSTAFF, Az. - The Flagstaff Police Department is requesting your assistance in completing a community notification related to convicted s*x offender residing in our community. This notification is being made pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 13-3825, the Community Notification on S*x Offender Law. The individual listed in the attached electronic flier has been convicted of s*x offenses which allow for community notification. They are not wanted by the Flagstaff Police Department at this time.

🌧️ Heavy rain is expected today. If your home is in an area that has experienced flooding, take action now to prepare.
The self-fill sandbag station at Thorpe Park is stocked and ready for use. Sandbags should be used to protect your home, not landscaping. Follow the stacking instructions provided at the self-fill location and on the County Flood Control District website. Homeowners are responsible for removing sandbags after monsoon season.

🌊 Turn around, don't drown. Many flood fatalities are preventable. Avoid washes, low-lying areas, and ponded water during extreme rain events.

🚗 Never drive through flooded areas. Submerged debris, open manholes, buckled streets, and other hazards may be hidden beneath the water. Waves created by vehicles can also cause property damage.

🧼 If you come into contact with floodwater, wash promptly. Floodwater in urban areas can contain untreated wastewater, chemicals, oils, and other contaminants.

Please prepare now and don't wait until flooding occurs. Residents should not expect the City to deliver sandbags during an active flood event.
