WIC offers your family many benefits, by providing healthy foods, nutrition and breastfeeding information and support, referrals to community and health resources. WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. Eligible WIC participants are pregnant women, new moms, infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to their 5th birthday.
