Johnson Construction, both of Sioux Falls, was completed in May 2004. This recreation initiative was funded through a grant approved by Governor Bill Janklow and local funds. 4. The Center features a "zero entry" pool, slides, diving board, lap lanes and various water features. Amenities were provided through the fund raising efforts of the Flandreau Aquatic Center Committee and the generosity of the local community.

The FAC is officially CLOSED for the season, and we can hardly believe itโ€™s already time to say goodbye!

What a summer it has been. From sunny afternoons to swim lessons, pool parties, water aerobics, laughter, friendships, and so many memories made right here in our community โ€” we are so thankful for every one of you who spent your summer with us. โค๏ธ

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing pool staff and lifeguards who showed up day after day to keep our pool running and our swimmers safe. We couldnโ€™t do it without you!

And to all of our swimmers and families โ€” thank you for making this summer so much fun. We hope you leave the season with happy memories, tired kiddos, and maybe just a little chlorine still in your hair. ๐Ÿ˜‰

This bike has been at the pool the past couple of days. If it is yours, or you recognize whoโ€™s it may be, feel free to stop by and pick it up! Along with that, our lost and found bin is full of items. As we are getting towards the end of summer, please stop by and look for any items that may be yours.
