2025 Blue Ridge Community College EMS Credentialing Pass Rate: 85.4%

That is across ALL EMS credentialing levels and places our students well above many state and national averages.

Our team is not focused on creating providers who can simply memorize information long enough to pass a test. We are focused on building competent, confident clinicians who can walk into chaotic situations and perform.

Our students train with:
• A full-scale simulated ambulance
• High-fidelity simulation labs
• Advanced airway equipment and visual scopes
• Ultrasound integration
• Real-world scenario based learning
• Experienced field providers and educators who actively work in EMS

We believe in learning by doing.

Our program is designed to push students beyond the basics. You will be challenged to think critically, communicate effectively, lead under pressure, and function as part of a professional EMS team.

Passing the exam is important, and we will help get you there. But being able to truly care for patients in the field in all environments is the standard we hold ourselves to.
