Good Afternoon!

This is a friendly reminder that IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOUR MAY, 2026 BILL

We will be disconnecting all accounts that have NOT been paid in full or signed a payment agreement TUESDAY, MAY 26th beginning at 7:30 am.

If you have not paid your bill, you can drop your payment(s) by the office or pay by phone using the automated credit card system, or drop off a payment in our night deposit box located in the drive thru at our office no later than 7:30am on TUESDAY, MAY 27th.

You can also pay online on our website located at flemingwater.com anytime BEFORE 7:30 AM on

•PLEASE NOTE: Once Disconnections begin at 7:30am, you will NOT be able to pay the bill online or through the automated credit card center.! You will be REQUIRED to come to the office to pay your bill!! ***

UPDATE: The Boil Water Advisory for the area listed below has been LIFTED!

Boil Water Advisory

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for HWY 57 Mt Carmel Rd to Mt Carmel Christian Church including all side roads starting at Maddox Pike, but NOT including Maddox Pike or Logan Run. Does include Mineer Rd, Murray Lane & Penny Patch Lane.

DOES NOT INCLUDE POPLAR GROVE ROAD.

A boil water advisory has been issued due to a line rupture in the area.

We will issue a notice once the water samples have been returned from the lab.

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for 32 (Morehead Rd) from Goddard Rd to Emmons Lane. Including all side roads! Flannery Rd, Routt Rd, Covered Bridge/Racetrack Rd, Wilder Loop, Sycamore Rd, Shelby Lane.

A boil water advisory has been issued due to a main line leak.

We will issue a notice once the water samples have been returned from the lab.

We are experiencing a high volume of calls and walk in’s of people not receiving their bills.

We are aware and not sure where the bills have went as we sent them out as usual.
