From the US National Weather Service Philadelphia/Mount Holly
Good afternoon! It stays fair and dry through tonight before showers and storms arrive by later tomorrow and especially tomorrow evening. Note: we expect showers to begin moving into our eastern PA zones as early as the morning hours but it may not reach the coast until mid to late afternoon. As the graphic depicts, there is a threat of flash flooding but this is not to say everyone will see flooding as the heaviest rain amounts will tend to be localized. The heaviest of the rain and greatest risk for flooding looks to be in the evening period.
