Rugg Road will be closed in the area of house # 880 on Tuesday, September 1st, beginning at 8:00am for a cross-road culvert change. The road is expected to be open again by 3:00pm.

* To all who voted, either in person or absentee - thank you for participating in the democratic process! 🗳️
* To the election officials and volunteers (Jan, Sharon, Lisa, Todd, and Wendy) who staffed the polls, checking voters in and out, counting and packing up - we appreciate your service to our Town!🎖️
* To our office assistant, Sybil, who covered the office so we could focus on running the election - we appreciate your willingness to step in wherever needed and also reminding us to eat lunch. 😊 We appreciate you so much!
* To the residents (Hannah & John, and Cheryl) who brought beautiful flowers from their gardens to decorate our entrance and check in/out table - your colorful contributions were so appreciated by all who came in today!💐

1st Qtr tax reminder, due August 15th, which falls on a Saturday, so the next business day. The office will be closed August 17th, so we will see you the 18th. You are always welcome to drop your tax payment in the green box next to the door.

The Vermont Statewide Primary Election will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Voting in Fletcher is at the Town Office at 33 Shaw Road. Polls will be open from 8:00am - 7:00pm.

UPDATE!!!

Paving on Cambridge Rd (from Fairfax Rd intersection to Rushford Rd) begins Monday, August 3.
Motorists can expect some slight delays during the project.
