Today is Loving Day, observed annually on June 12, to commemorate the 1967 Supreme Court Loving v. Virginia decision that struck down state bans on in*******al marriage. It is a day to celebrate multiracial families, equality, and the fundamental right to love regardless of race.

Reminder: For anyone visiting the Genesee County Administration Building, we have a free 30-minute parking zone directly in front of the building between Union Street and Kearsley Street. If you are staying longer than that, there is parking directly behind the building in the Riverfront Ramp, the Rutherford Ramp on Kearsley and Beach, or the Flat Lot on Saginaw between Kearsley and First.
