Family Promise of Mid Michigan helps families facing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. We provide prevention, shelter diversion, transitional housing, case management, and supportive services to families with children in Genesee and Lapeer counties. Our programs are designed to keep families together, restore stability, and offer a path toward lasting success.
