🎉 Officially Retired! 🎉

Today, at our End-of-Year Luncheon, we had the honor of recognizing Mrs. Wilson Addison as she officially begins her retirement after more than 40 years of dedicated service in education.

Mrs. Addison has been a valued member of the Wilson family since 2004, making a lasting impact on generations of students, families, and colleagues. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities, always demonstrating a passion for education and an unwavering commitment to student success.

As she closes this remarkable chapter and begins a new one, we celebrate the legacy she leaves behind and the countless lives she has touched along the way.

🍎 Florence 1 Schools families can visit the district’s three high schools this summer to receive free breakfast and lunch during the Summer Meals program! 🥪

All children 18 years old or younger can participate. Each child getting a meal must be present, and meals are consumed on-site.

📋 Meals will be available June 8th through July 16th.
🍽️ Breakfast: Monday-Friday from 8 - 9 am
🥗 Lunch: Monday-Thursday from 11 am until 12 pm

📍South Florence High School: 3200 South Irby Street
📍Wilson High School: 1411 Old Marion Highway
