🌟We are so excited to announce our Kids Book Club!🌟

FLORENCE: 📚🔎 NEW PROGRAM ALERT: Ready for your next great reading adventure? 🔎📚

We’re excited to introduce The Next Chapter Club, a brand-new book club created especially for readers in Kindergarten through 4th grade! 🎉

We’ll spend two months exploring each book, giving everyone plenty of time to read and enjoy the story. Along the way, we’ll bring the book to life with fun discussions, hands-on activities, and even book-themed snacks inspired by our current read! 📖🍪✨

Our first adventure begins with Nate the Great and the Phony Clue by Marjorie Weinman Sharmat. Grab your detective hat and get ready to crack the case! 🕵️‍♀️🔍

The Florence Library has a new activity for residents. The Old Crow Party will be held Monday, August 17, at 5:30 p.m., introducing the library’s new item-exchange program. Each month will feature a different type of item to swap and share, giving participants a chance to declutter, discover new treasures and connect with others. Thank you to our Library Staff for organizing a wonderful program!

And everyone who joined us and helped make our very first Page to Plate Cookbook Club such a great success! We enjoyed delicious food, wonderful fellowship, and learning new cooking tips from our guest speaker, Mr. Wayne Loftin.

We can’t wait to do it again next month! We will be cooking from the Jackson Junior League “Come On In”. Stop by the library to pick a recipe
