This week, Shoals Chamber President Caitlin Burns joined 27 Alabama leaders in California for a first-of-its-kind visit to Hadrian’s F2 facility in Torrance.
The group included leaders from Alabama’s education, workforce development, economic development, and business communities, as well as State Representatives Kerry Underwood and Jamie Kiel, giving them a firsthand look at Hadrian’s advanced manufacturing and technology and the workforce partnerships behind it.
For the Shoals, the visit comes at an exciting time as Hadrian continues planning for F4 in Cherokee. Preparing for a project like this goes far beyond building a facility. It means preparing our workforce, strengthening partnerships and making sure our community is ready for the opportunities ahead.
We’re proud to have been part of the visit and look forward to continuing to support Hadrian’s future in the Shoals.
