Celebrating Our L.E.A.D. Graduates!
On Wednesday, over 100 fifth-grade students successfully completed the ten-week L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs) program. Throughout the course, students explored the dangers of drugs and alcohol, while also building essential life skills such as good decision-making, peer support, and standing up for themselves and others.
Each student received a graduation certificate, and one student from each class was honored for their outstanding essay. Following the ceremony, officers served pizza to the graduates in celebration of their achievements.
We are incredibly proud of our L.E.A.D. instructors, dedicated students, and the supportive Florence fifth-grade teachers who helped make this program a success. A special thank you goes out to Rocco’s for generously providing pizza!
