Avoid Route 130 South by the Turnpike, there is an overturned Tractor Trailer and the south bound lanes will be closed for a significant amount of time.

Today Firefighters and EMTs from the Florence Township Fire Department attended Adopt A Cop at the Roebling Elementary School. While our time there was interrupted by a car fire on Route 95 and an accident on the NJ Turnpike we enjoyed our time sent displaying our equipment to the children. The white haze or smokey condition in town has resulted from a wildland fire at JB MDL. The southeast breeze is pushing the smoke towards us for the next several hours. Be mindful of outdoor air quality during this event and stay inside if you have respiratory illnesses. The fire is reported to be approximately 600 acres.

Consumers should stop using the recalled heaters immediately and contact Vornado for instructions on how to submit photos of the product and proof of destruction to receive a full refund.
