I am wanting to post a message to our community. My name is Shawn Cooper I've been president of the fire board for the last year and want to express to you all that our fire department is not closing . We are not going anywhere we have gotten a few more firefighters that will be coming on very soon and we will continue to work for our community like we have ,yes we could still use a few more but that's with pretty much any volunteer department. I know the letter sounded like we were done but we are far from that. So I want to say we will still support our community and take care of things as we have.
