📢 NOW HIRING: Maintenance Supervisor / HCV Inspector

The Florence Housing Authority is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Maintenance Supervisor / HCV Inspector to join our team.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, supervising maintenance staff, and conducting HUD NSPIRE inspections for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HUD, state, and local regulations while maintaining safe, quality housing for our residents.

Position Highlights:
✔ Supervise and direct maintenance staff
✔ Manage maintenance, renovation, and rehabilitation projects
✔ Conduct NSPIRE inspections of HCV units
✔ Ensure safety, code, and HUD compliance
✔ Coordinate with landlords, tenants, contractors, and HUD personnel

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Combination of education and experience in property maintenance or construction management
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Valid Alabama Driver’s License and vehicle availability

💼 Starting Salary: $51,334.40 (based on experience)
