The Courtney McGinnis Graham Community Shelter is in need of a few essential supplies!

We are currently seeking bottled water, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and deodorant. Every donation helps us continue caring for those we serve.

Please drop off all donations to our main office, 1020 W. Darlington St. Florence, SC 29501.

Our office will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day and will reopen Tuesday, September 8th.

There is freedom in Jesus Christ.

For Andrew Pierson, Director of the Life Recovery Program, it is a privilege to encourage men to turn first to God, follow His Word and experience the freedom found in Christ. Each day, he has the opportunity to walk alongside men as they take steps toward a new way of life.

We are grateful for Andrew’s heart for this ministry and the work God continues to do through the Life Recovery Program.

HOPE Village provides long-term transitional housing for women and their children as they work toward greater stability and independence.

During their time in the program, women have the opportunity to gain the training, resources, and support needed to build a strong foundation for themselves and their families.

It’s more than housing—it’s a place to grow, prepare for what’s next, and move forward with hope.

What a special night at Compassion Church Florence as we celebrated four men who have reached an incredible milestone in their journey of recovery, faith, and restoration.

Congratulations to our Men’s Life Recovery Program graduates: Terrance Timmons, Travis Neighbors, Patrick Hayden, and Preston Watford!

Each of these men has worked hard, faced challenges, and continued moving forward with faith and determination. The evening was filled with worship, encouragement, and heartfelt moments as family, friends, staff, and supporters gathered to celebrate how far they have come.

We are incredibly proud of Terrance, Travis, Patrick, and Preston. Please join us in celebrating them and praying for continued strength, guidance, and purpose as they step into this next chapter.
