MEET OUR CANDIDATES FOR BOROUGH COUNCIL:

ELLSWORTH HAVENS, a healthcare executive and consultant, is also an active volunteer, serving on several state boards and commissions. Ellsworth is currently a Commissioner of the NJ Water Supply Authority. He has been a Commissioner for over a decade and currently chairs the Capital Committee. He also sits on the Health Care Administrative Board of the NJ Health Department, for over twenty years. Previously Ellsworth was on the NJ Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) and has served as Chairman.

JOHN UPTON is a 41-year resident of Florham Park, a licensed professional engineer, and earned a U. S. patent at Bell Telephone Laboratories. Other career highlights include the designs of the GPS III satellite for ITT and a fire alarm system for Siemens. This experience in solving complex problems with practical solutions is needed for the Florham Park Borough Council. As a team leader, John has always been able to get people to work together and to find the right solution for the right issue.

Congresswoman Analilia Mejia visits the Florham Park Democrats on July 11.

Our Meet & Greet with Rep. Mejia beat Saturday's rain and heat by moving into the garage, where we assembled to hear updates from Washington and concerns about affordability and the high costs of healthcare.

A crowd of 30 plus neighbors from Florham Park, Livingston, and Milburn attended the informal event to hear and speak with our NJ11 Congressional Representative.

Thank you all for attending and sharing your stories and your concerns. And thank you again to Analilia Mejia and to her wonderful staff for supporting Florham Park.

In canvassing for the Primary for Analilia Mejia I’ve met a few voters at their door who had initially supported Tom Malinowski and were disappointed that he didn’t win. They wondered if he would support Analilia and I replied that indeed he does. Today, May 29, 2026, I received a text confirming that!

"It’s Tom Malinowski.

I ran for Congress to defend and uphold our Constitution, and right now our democracy is under attack every single day.

Whatever small differences may exist within the Democratic Party are insignificant compared to what divides all patriotic Americans from Donald Trump.

That’s why we need to vote in every election, and unite behind strong Democrats like Analilia Mejia in Washington who will stand up and fight back.

Analilia will defend the rights and freedoms of every American, and reject the corruption of a system where corporate lobbyists and special interests hold too much power in Washington. She doesn’t take corporate PAC money because she answers to the people.

Early voting for the June 2nd Congressional primary election is already underway in New Jersey, and these next few days are critical.

Make your plan to vote today and help keep Analilia in Congress fighting for our democracy and working people. Visit analiliafornj.com."

Congressperson Analilia Mejia visited Florham Park on Tuesday, May 5. She met John Aden and Peter Nicolas at the Florham Park Diner where she enjoyed meeting George and Ginette Grapsas, and chatting with many diners.

After that in the same shopping center she visited the Florham Park Bicycle Store and then Cathy D's Hair Design. Continuing she walked over to the Little Red Schoolhouse to get a closer look at a historic symbol of Florham Park.
