Well, it is April 5th. And thanks to the help, support, encouragement, thoughtful engagement, wise council, and outright enthusiasm of so many in our amazing community, I am humbled to have been elected the newest member of the H-F District 233 School Board.

Thank you!

And thank you to everyone that voted, and to all the candidates who stood up, raised their hands, and put themselves out there.

The process of running for, and electing local leaders is a cornerstone of our democracy; one we can't afford to take for granted. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this process, but even more so for the opportunity to give back to the community that I love.

Time to get to work.
