Proactive Community Services PCS is a 501(C) (3) community-based organization founded in 2005, serving disadvantaged, under-resourced communities in the south suburbs of Cook County.

Posts are made possible through funding from IDPH, PHIMC, CCDPH, Cook County CDBG, NICI, and SAMHSA.
