A Tornado Watch is in effect for the far southeastern Texas Panhandle and the northern Rolling Plains until midnight CST tonight. A few tornadoes are likely, in addition to very large hail up to tennis ball size and damaging wind gusts up to 80 mph.

High winds with gusts to 60 mph are possible on Tuesday for portions of the South Plains and much of the far southwest Texas Panhandle. A High Wind Watch is in effect on Tuesday from 11 AM until 7 PM.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. Patchy blowing dust may also result in localized visibility reductions.
