Summerween Spooktakular Update 🎃🌞

I've decided to cancel this session due to low enrollment.

As many of you may be experiencing yourselves, summer calendars fill up quickly with vacations, camps, family events, and all the fun that comes with the season. I understand.

I'm potentially looking at future dates to bring this spooky summer fun to life.

Thank you to everyone who shared, supported, and expressed interest. Little L.E.G.s is a small business built on community, and I appreciate each and every one of you.

In the meantime, please be sure to like, follow, and support both and . They are both doing beautiful things for our community, and I hope you'll continue to support their missions. ✨

Don't forget to grab your spot for the Summerween Spooktakular messy play ! Its a mix of the first day of summer with spooky fun for a messy sensory experience filled with hands-on play, creativity, and a little Halloween magic.

👻 BONUS: will be joining! This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Aly's mission, donate a Halloween costume, accessory, or book, and help make Halloween a little brighter for local children.

Messy play, card decorating for the coolest Dad, community, and giving back? That's a pretty sweet Summerween combo. 🧡

Last week I got recertified in CPR and First Aid. ❤️

Not only because I run a business, because I'm a Mom.

Before EMTs arrive, we're often our children's first responders. I hope I never need these skills, but I'd rather have them and never use them than need them and not have them.

If you've been considering a CPR/First Aid course, I highly recommend it. The certification lasts two years, and recertifications are great refreshers for knowledge that last a lifetime.

A playdate yesterday that is definitely a memory I won't forget.

These two were covered in mud, paint, chalk, water, strawberries, blueberries, cupcakes, laughter, and love.

By the end, they needed a quick rinse with the hose, clean clothes for the ride home, and baths before bed.

Bedtime was later than usual, but honestly? It didn't matter.

They learned. They laughed. They explored. They were 100% children, and 100% washable.

My daughter fell asleep almost instantly when her head hit the pillow.

This is what it's about.

Letting them get messy. Letting them experiment. Letting them create. Letting them be little.

Because the mud washes off. The paint washes out of hair. The memories don't. 💛

Little hands don't stay clean for long around here... and that's kind of the point.
