At present we have one mobile home fro rent. The home is number 14, which is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, and rents for $700.00 a month. To move in, tenant must pay $700.00 deposit fee, a pet fee of $250.00, and a $25.00 application fee. An application can be obtained by calling Schuyler at 251-229-7037, or Jan at 251-923-9999.

Pelican MHP is a quiet community of people 50 and older. The park is designated by HUD as a retirement community. Homes must be occupied by people 50 years and older. No children are allowed to reside in the park. The park is located behind Winn Dixie in Foley Alabama. A
