This is what happens when the tenant turns on their electric cook top burner and stuffs an electric blanket on top of it….

Then casually walks out her apartment into the common hallway (4-5 mins before the fire alarm goes off according to the video time stamp) and then leaves the building.

Can we say ARSON 🔥 😳

Saturday morning fun.. Excavating for a ruptured 10” fire sprinkler line then rerouting above grade back into the building. Thanks to the crew from GPS Construction and JLL Prop Mgmt.
