This female dog was found in the 700 block of Morningstar Drive. She is at our station for now. Please share and let's help find her home. All she had on was a flea collar. Thank you in advance.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our National Night Out event a huge success!

We are grateful to our residents, first responders, community organizations, local businesses, volunteers, and everyone who contributed their time, resources, and support. It was great seeing so many families, friends, and neighbors come together for an evening of fun and community fellowship.

Events like this remind us what makes Franklin Township such a special place. On behalf of the Franklin Township Police Department, thank you for spending the evening with us and helping make National Night Out a memorable event. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Just a heads-up that starting tomorrow, the Paul Miller Law goes into effect, banning the use of hand-held phones while driving. If you’re caught with a phone in your hand, you could face a $50 fine plus additional costs. The goal is to keep all drivers safe by reducing distractions on the road. Drive safely and remember: “Arrive Alive.”

Two dogs were found in the area of the Red Barn Theater on 288 by a passing motorist and she dropped them off at our station. Does anyone know who owns these dogs? Please have them call 724-758-4321. Thank you in advance.
