On behalf of the Republican Party of Fond du Lac County, thank you, Jerry O’Connor, for your dedication and service to your constituents in Fond du Lac County. Public service is a calling, and Jerry served with honor and integrity.

We will have big shoes to fill this year.

After representing the people of the 60th District in the State Assembly for the past two terms, I have made the decision not to seek reelection in 2026.

The Republican Party started in the schoolhouse. Here in Fond du Lac County, we have the honor of claiming the birthplace of the GOP. Happy Birthday to the Republican Party!

The Republican Party was founded in this building on March 20, 1854, in Fond du Lac County — born from a movement to eradicate slavery. I’m proud to be part of this legacy, serving as the District Attorney here and visiting the little white school house today.
