SCARS PETITIONS DUE 7/31/26

Homeowners looking to file a Small Claims Assessment Review must do so for all towns by July 31, 2026! No filings will be accepted after this date.

SUMMER HOURS BEGINNING 7/1

Summer hours in Montgomery County will begin on Wednesday, July 1. All offices, including the County Clerk's office and DMV, will not open until 9am everyday. Closing times will remain the same.
