Today, we proudly joined our law enforcement partners, community members, athletes, and supporters in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics here in Fontana. The Flame of Hope represents courage, inclusion, determination, and the incredible spirit of Special Olympics athletes everywhere.
A special thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, cheered from the sidelines, and helped make todayโ€™s event a success. Your commitment to supporting Special Olympics and its athletes continues to make a meaningful difference in our community.
We would like to give a special shout-out to the outstanding representatives from the Fontana Unified School District and the Fontana School Police Department who proudly carried the torch and demonstrated their unwavering commitment to service, inclusion, and community partnership.
Together, we run for a purpose greater than ourselvesโ€”supporting athletes who inspire us every day through their perseverance, determination, and heart.
Thank you to everyone who helped carry the Flame of Hope forward. We are honored to stand alongside you in support of Special Olympics and look forward to continuing this important tradition for years to come.

During National Police Week, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of law enforcement officers across our nation.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude and pride for the dedicated men and women of the Fontana School Police Department who serve our community each and every day. Your commitment to protecting and supporting over 35,000 students and staff across Fontana Unified School District does not go unnoticed.
Whether serving on our campuses, supporting our community, or standing alongside our allied agencies throughout the County, your professionalism, compassion, and dedication exemplify the very best of public service.
This week, we also pause to remember and honor the brave officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. We pay our respects to our fallen brothers and sisters being honored in Washington, D.C., and keep their families and loved ones in our thoughts. Their legacy of service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Thank you to all who wear the badge and serve with honor. We are proud of you today and every day.

We were proud to partner with Friday Night Live from San Bernardino County to promote awareness about the dangers of va**ng at Fontana High School.
Our Mini Steelers had the opportunity to learn about the harmful effects of va**ng while supporting our โ€œNo on Vapeโ€ campaign. Together, weโ€™re building a healthier and stronger future for our youth. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ–ค

The Fontana School Police Department was proud to participate in the Fontana Days Parade last Saturday. On the FSPD float this year were members of our family, Junior FLIP Graduates, officers from our team. FSPD wanted to bring โ€œMagicโ€ to the parade this year with Safety Sam, Chase from Paw Patrol, K9 Gus and for the first time bringing SNOW to the spectators! Being part of this community tradition and sharing in the magic of Fontana Days means so much to us. Thank you for celebrating with us!
