Parks water authority has notified of us, Power has been restored. there is no boil water advisory unless you where out of water at your residence.

Power has been restored.

Bethel Township residents that have the parks township city water, please conserve as parks has no power for the water station. We are currently picking up a water Buffalo and going to place it at the Bethel Township firehall. This water is not drinkable, if u need drinking water u would need to boil it.

residents please be careful in the township shearer rd is closed lines and poles down. Kelly Station rd is open but beware there are power lines also down on it by the old school house.

Attention creek valley and minihita residents Claypool hill is closed it is solid ice. We will do our best to ash up to minihita drive, but we can't promise anything as we have been stuck there numerous times today.

❄️ Winter Storm Warning – Bethel Township ❄️

A significant winter storm is expected to impact our area overnight and through Sunday and Monday. Township road crews will be working extended hours to maintain safe and passable road conditions throughout the storm.

During periods of heavy snowfall, please understand that it may take additional time to reach all roadways. Crews will continue operations as long as necessary to manage changing conditions and support public safety.

For residents who may need a warm place to stay or access to water, the Bethel Township Building will be open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM for community use, if needed.

We encourage everyone to avoid unnecessary travel during the storm and to allow snowplow operators ample space to work safely and efficiently.

Atv/sxs permits are available at either Gilpin,Parks, or Bethel Township offices for purchase of $20.00. These permits are good to ride in all 3 Townships.
