🚧 TRAFFIC ADVISORY – WOODBRIDGE 🚧

Heads up for anyone traveling through the Route 9/Route 440 area Friday night!

Beginning Friday, August 28 at 9 PM through Saturday, August 29 at 8 AM, the Route 9 northbound outer roadway and ramps to Route 440 and Riverside Drive will be CLOSED and detoured for Garden State Parkway construction.

⚠️ Expect delays and plan an alternate route if possible. Detours will be posted throughout the area.

Please drive safely, stay alert, and give yourself a little extra time!

Share this with anyone who may be traveling through the area Friday night.

📢 The 2026 Entry-Level Firefighter Examination Announcements are now open. Applications will be accepted until 4:00 PM on August 31, 2026.

📆Important Dates:
- Testing will occur from December 2026 to January 2027.
- Exam results are expected to be received in March 2027.
- Physical Performance Testing (PPT) is anticipated to start in late spring 2027.
