Tomorrow is a big day for our kindergarteners—and their grown-ups!

Backpacks are packed, clothes are set out, and there are probably a few excited nerves in the air tonight. We hope our newest students wake up ready to meet their teachers, make new friends, and begin a wonderful year at Dilley.

Kindergarten begins tomorrow at 9:00 AM.

After drop-off, parents and guardians are invited to join us in the library for Tears & Cheers. We’ll have coffee and donuts waiting. Whether you’re cheering, tearing, or feeling a little of both, we’d love to see you there!

❤️ One of our favorite Dilley traditions!❤️

We absolutely love this annual **Back-to-School BBQ**, where our amazing Dilley teachers and staff come together with the PTO to kick off another school year with good food, great company, and plenty of smiles! 🌭🍔☀️

It’s always so special to see everyone together before the school year begins. We’re incredibly grateful for our amazing Dilley staff and the wonderful community that makes Dilley Elementary such a special place to be.

Dilley’s Annual Back-to-School BBQ is happening today, August 27th, from 5-7pm.

Come and enjoy delicious food, drop off school supplies, meet teachers, and treat yourself to some Kona Ice!

We are also organizing a pants drive to support the health room, welcoming donations of new underpants, as well as new or gently used pants and shorts.

The first day of school is almost here!

Students in grades 1–4 begin Tuesday, September 1 at 9:00 AM. Kindergarten begins Wednesday, September 2 at 9:00 AM.

After kindergarten drop-off, parents and guardians are invited to stop by the library for Tears & Cheers. Come enjoy coffee and donuts, meet other kindergarten families, and learn more about what the PTO has planned this year.
Late Start Wednesdays begin September 9.
