227 new members of our community are now trained in CPR and using an AED. Always such a great experience to get back into the Forest Lake Area High School, MN and work with our youth.

Our instructors were out at GearGrid teaching AED usage and how to perform CPR. Hats off to Gear Grid for purchasing two AED units for their facility and being proactive on getting all of their employees trained. 33 more people now walk around this community with these life-saving skills.

A big shout out to Forest Lake Area Athletic Association Youth Lacrosse for being proactive in getting all of their coaches educated in hands-only CPR and using an AED to deal with cardiac arrest.

This is a phenomenal way to help protect the athletes and spectators of their sport.

It's been a busy fall for our instructors. Lots of CPR classes to various groups. This week we were in the Forest Lake Area High School, MN teaching the sophomores how to perform CPR and use an AED. Another 100 people or so added to the list of those now capable to save a life!
