NCOs in 3D Medical Command as well as 3 NCOs from 1 TSC participated in the NCO induction ceremony on Camp Arifjan Kuwait.
The NCO induction ceremony is a celebration of the newly promoted joining the ranks of a professional noncommissioned officer corps and emphasizes and builds on the pride we all share as members of such an elite corps. NCOs from 3D MED CMD toured Kuwait’s 35th Armorer Brigade Terrain Model and Al Qurain Martyrs Museum.

The NCOs were welcomed by the Kuwait 35th Armorer Brigade. An officer from the Kuwait Army explained The Battle of the Bridges with a presentation and then went into further detail as he walked the group through the Terrain Model to provide a visual of how the layout and landscape of the land played a role in the Iraq invasion

The group then had a guided visit at Al Qurain Martyrs Museum which provided the NCOs with the opportunity to hear the experiences from a woman who lived through the invasion. They had the privilege to learn more about the history behind the liberation of Kuwait. The intent of gaining a better understanding of why the U.S Army is here at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait was met.
