Attention Scott Central Parents of Upcoming 7th Graders

Per Mississippi Department of Health requirements, all students entering 7th grade must receive the TDAP booster vaccine before the start of school. An updated Form 121 must be turned in at registration.

📅 Registration Dates:
June 16-17

Please make plans now to schedule your child’s vaccination appointment and obtain an updated Form 121 to avoid delays in registration and school attendance.

Students without updated immunization records may not be allowed to attend school until requirements are met.
