Thursday Night June 1st 2017 the Prince George's Educators Foundation gave 55 scholarships to Prince George's County graduating seniors. Those 55 scholarships are the largest number of scholarships the foundation has ever given. Special kudos to Celeste Williams former PGCEA president and chair of the foundation and to Annett Jones and Olive Lenox chairs of the PGCEA Minority Affairs Committee who helped to coordinate the event. It was a very moving e ent to hear the parents and students.
