🎉 PROMOTION ANNOUNCEMENT! 🎉

After four years of teaching and shaping young minds, Madison Luttrell traded the classroom for a headset and stepped into the world of EMS communications. Now, just nine months into her dispatching career, we are so excited to celebrate her promotion to Dispatch Supervisor! 🚑🎧

Saying she jumped in headfirst to learn the ins and outs of EMS communications would be an understatement. Clearly, keeping a classroom full of kiddos organized was pretty solid preparation for keeping EMS crews in line. 🫡

When she’s not behind the headset, Madison is usually spending time with her family, camping, crafting, or working on one of her many creative projects. And of course, there’s her husband, Lance, who is also a huge part of our 911 crew! So between the two of them, EMS is definitely a family affair.

We couldn’t be more proud of everything Madison has accomplished in such a short time. She has brought heart, humor, and dedication to our team from day one, and we’re so excited to watch her step into this next chapter.

Congratulations, Madison….. you’ve absolutely earned it! 🎉🚑

🚨 PROMOTION ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Please join us in congratulating Anthony Nguyen on his promotion to D-Shift Lieutenant!

Anthony joined Medical Jets in 2023 as an EMT and has continued to grow every step of the way, advancing to Paramedic and now Lieutenant. His dedication to continuing education, mental health advocacy, and always being willing to help others has made him a valued part of our team.

When he isn’t at work, he’s usually keeping up with his three kids and their very relaxing schedule of hockey, competitive go-karting, baseball, and soccer… so honestly, managing D-Shift may be the easy part. 😂

We are incredibly proud of Anthony and feel truly blessed to be a part of his journey, getting to watch our people grow into the leaders they are capable of becoming is one of the best parts of what we do.

Congratulations, Lieutenant Nguyen! We are proud of you, grateful for you, and excited to see where this next chapter takes you. ❤️🚑

🚑 Deployment Update 2 | Willow Fire – Colorado 🇺🇸🔥

We’re proud to be sending our 2nd round of Crew Members to Colorado to relieve our first crew after an incredible 21-day deployment on the Willow Fire.

The fire has now grown to approximately 7,196 acres and is 51% contained.

To our returning crew: There are simply no words to express how thankful we are for each of you. Thank you for your sacrifice, your dedication, and for representing Medical Jets EMS with pride, professionalism, and heart. You upheld our name in every way possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful or more proud to call you part of our family.

To our incoming crew: Thank you for stepping up and answering the call. Travel safe, watch each other’s backs, and know we’re cheering you on every step of the way. ❤️🚑🇺🇸

Stay safe, Colorado. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the firefighters, first responders, support crews, and the communities affected by the Willow Fire.

🚒 Deployment Update | Willow Fire – Colorado

Our crews are still hard at work in Colorado! The Willow Fire has now burned more than 5,800 acres west of Leadville. While containment is improving, firefighters continue working long days in challenging conditions to protect homes, communities, and each other.

We are incredibly proud to have two crews deployed providing medical support. Thank you to every firefighter, EMS provider, law enforcement officer, and support personnel working tirelessly on the front lines. Your dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to serving others does not go unnoticed, and we couldn’t be prouder of our crews for answering the call.

We were privileged and honored to pay our respects to Chief Woodard as he was escorted on his final journey.

Chief Woodard dedicated his life to protecting others and made the ultimate sacrifice while serving his community.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, the Mabank Fire Department, and all who had the privilege of serving beside him.

Thank you for your service, Chief. May you rest in peace. We’ll take it from here. ❤️🚨

Please join us in congratulating Easton Whicker on successfully passing his National Registry exam!

Easton’s journey with Medical Jets EMS began as an intern, and through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to learning, he has continued to grow within our organization. He currently serves as our Asset Coordinator, where he plays an important role in supporting our crews and ensuring our equipment and resources are ready at all times.

Watching Easton develop both personally and professionally has been rewarding, and we’re incredibly proud of everything he has accomplished. We are excited to continue watching him grow in his EMS career and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
