🧡We Loved Unity Day at Claybon Elementary! 🧡
Our Cowboys wore orange to spread kindness, stand up to bullying, and show that we’re stronger together! 🤠🧡
Our Cowboy Council brought that message to life by creating a Unity Chain, with every student on campus adding their own link. Each link represents a student, and together, they remind us that kindness connects us all!
One campus united in kindness.

🧡🧡 Today, our Claybon Cowboys are showing that kindness brings us together! 🤠 From kind words to thoughtful actions, every little act of kindness helps build a stronger community.
Different classrooms, different interests, ONE Claybon family!💙 ❤🧡

Unity Day is tomorrow, October 21. Students may wear an orange shirt with jeans!

🔬🧪 Our Cowboys are putting on their scientist hats! 🤠❤️💙
Science has been full of exploring, experimenting, and discovering at Claybon! From testing their boat-building skills to see what sinks and floats, experimenting with force and motion, and exploring the properties of matter by observing different textures, our students have been learning by doing!
We love seeing our Cowboys ask questions, test their ideas, and discover how the world around them works. Who knew science could be this much fun?!

📚🤠 Cowboys, are you ready for a Fall Break Reading Challenge?! ❤️💙
We’re challenging all our Cowboys to read 20 minutes a day from October 9–18! 📖 Every student who meets the goal will earn a $5 arcade card from Film Alley in Terrell! 🎮🍿
And there’s more! The class with the most students who reach the goal will win a PIZZA PARTY! 🍕🎉
Parents, help your Cowboy log those reading minutes in Beanstack using their Clever login. Every minute counts!
Let’s keep those reading skills sharp over Fall Break and see which class will take home the pizza!

❤️💙 Another Principal Appreciation post!!!

Being a principal means wearing a LOT of hats, and we are so thankful for all the hard work, heart, and dedication Mrs. Hartley pours into Claybon every day! 🤠 We asked some of our Cowboys what they would do if they were principal, and their answers did not disappoint!
